These terms govern your use of TheSocialForks, provided by TheSocialForks ("we"). By installing the app on a Shopify store you agree to them on behalf of that store's business.
TheSocialForks monitors a Shopify store's orders and shipments, tells the merchant about problems it finds, and — where the merchant turns it on — helps answer customers' questions about their orders. It has read-only access to the store and never changes it.
You need a Shopify store to use the app, and you must be authorised to install apps on it. You are responsible for the staff who use the app on your store and for keeping any API keys you create confidential.
Plans and prices are shown on the app's Shopify App Store listing and in the app. All charges are billed by Shopify, through your Shopify invoice. Paid plans may include a free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, the plan continues and Shopify bills for it.
Some plans include a monthly allowance of monitored orders and charge for usage above it at the rate shown for that plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app or your Shopify admin; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already billed are not refunded.
On plans that cover more than one store, stores you link to your subscription are not billed for the plan, and lose that coverage if they leave the group or your plan no longer includes them.
You are responsible for the settings you choose, for any message you approve or allow the app to send to a customer, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including telling your customers how their data is used. Please don't use the app to break the law, to send spam, or in a way that interferes with the service or other users, and don't attempt to reverse engineer it or exceed the published API rate limits.
Digest summaries and customer answers are written with the help of an AI model and checked against your store's data before they are shown. They can still be incomplete or wrong. They don't replace your judgement, and you can turn them off at any time.
Your store's data remains yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it from Settings at any time; it is deleted after you uninstall the app, as the Privacy Policy describes.
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will detect every problem with every order. We may change or improve features; if a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the app if these terms are seriously breached, or if we are required to by law or by Shopify.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. We will tell merchants about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
